Karate & Self-Defense~Adults and Children
*Kempo/Kenpo Karate is a mixed martial art with a rich traditional heritage. A few productive classes each week are all that is required to reduce stress and grow healthier. Our convenient schedule offers a variety of class times making it possible for everyone to enjoy the benefits of the martial arts. All of our training programs consist of realistic self-defense in an egoless environment. Classes include fundamentals, self-defense, sparring, grappling and weaponry (includes traditional Japanese kobudo and Filipino kali).
Grappling~Adults and Children
Grappling is a system of groundfighting that teaches you how to control your opponent to and from the ground. This style of fighting is similar to wrestling and can be used in practical self-defense as well as sport competition. *This program curriculum covers sport grappling, jiu-jitsu and self-defense.
Cardio-Kickboxing~Adults
Cardio-kickboxing is a workout that combines aerobics, cardiovascular and body toning with basic self-defense moves. Reduce stress and burn fat while improving strength, muscle tone, endurance and self-confidence.
Flex & Tone (Bodyshaping)~Women
Students will learn how to sculpt & shape their bodies in this 45 minute intense workout. This class works with toning bands, light weights & medicine balls while focusing on yoga, pilates & martial art postures.

Tumbling Tigers~Ages 3-6
Tumbling Tigers is a class for our youngest students ages 3-6. The focus of this fun program consists of basic tumbling skills and introductory martial arts movement that will improve coordination, balance and improve your child's self confidence.
"Safe Choices"
Our Safe Choices program for children, teens and adults is available for schools, daycare, corporations and other group organizations seeking to educate their youth & adults in a program of self-awareness and protection. The goal of the program is to provide both children and adults with the basic skills and information of how to be more aware of themselves and others in their environment. Topics dealt with include:
* How to diffuse a bully. * Harassment issues. * How to deal with peer pressure. * Making the right decisions.
The session(s) consists of discussion, role-playing and simple self-defense techniques and ends with each participant receiving a certificate of completion.
